If you have experienced problems receiving email notifications when your materials have arrived or are ready for web delivery, you may need to check and see if your email program or spam filter is excluding those messages from your in-box.
Contact the IT staff at your institution, your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or contact technical support for the email program (Eudora, Outlook, Pegasus, etc.) for the exact instructions on how to adjust your email program or spam filter to receive ILLiad's automated messages.
The email address to include is: tmcariel@exch.library.tmc.edu. This is the address from which all email notifications will arrive.
Don't forget, though, that you can still check on the status of your requests at any time by logging in to ILLiad and selecting "View Outstanding Requests" from the Main Menu.
